Feeling my age this morning -- pretty tired overall especially the upperbody. End up scaling the HSPU to 8 sets of 5 and from an abmat on a 10# plate. I don't usually need to scale that much but that's what I had this morning. Then did about 5 minutes of practice with handstand walking, followed by a regular class.
Not sure if we were supposed to time the 5 rounds of HSPU, but I did them right after the handstand tabata and got 6:03. Shoulders were en fuego. :)
