Sorry guys for the late post. I got super busy and was unable to post. However today's workout is:
Back squat program for 20 reps. Add 5 lbs Total from the last weight you did.
5 rounds for time:
10 dumbell thrusters (45/35)
10 over the box burpees
Against a 2 minute clock:
Run 200
Max HSPU in the remaining time.
3 rounds
So the same thing as the class just only 3 rounds! Enjoy!!!
Hit #200 for 20 and felt good.

We did 4rds of the 200m / HSPU and I got 3 hspu for 3rds and 2 on the last.
25# DB and Pat had me jump over the 20# bench because there weren't enough boxes for everyone, ha! finished at 7:40ish.
ReplyDeleteHe also threw in a fourth round of sprints and HSPU, so that was fun. :)
Also.. trying to type the CAPTCHA for every comment stinks, sometimes, i think i'm a computer 'cause I can't even read what it says. haha.

Final conclusions: sprinting sucks.
i did hit 190# x 20 BS last THURSDAY...just a late posting. Rested after to prep for the weekend comp.
