Homework for 1/25/13

Tabata Handstand Walk. 20 sec on, 10 sec off.
*If you are unable to handstand walk, practice handstand walking for 5-7 minutes.

5 sets of 10 KIPPING HSPU.
*Really work a good tripod position.  Head forward, elbows in.

  1. Not sure if we were supposed to time the 5 rounds of HSPU, but I did them right after the handstand tabata and got 6:03. Shoulders were en fuego. :)

    Will WOD tonight in RWC and off to Sacto tomorrow to watch Helen, Brian, Amy and Brandon. WOOP WOOP.

  2. Feeling my age this morning -- pretty tired overall especially the upperbody. End up scaling the HSPU to 8 sets of 5 and from an abmat on a 10# plate. I don't usually need to scale that much but that's what I had this morning. Then did about 5 minutes of practice with handstand walking, followed by a regular class.
