Homework for 1/30/2013

15 mins of moblity.

-Hold a squat.
-Band Work.
-Foam Roll.
-Lacrosse Ball, etc

  2. You don't know how happy I was to see this! :) Today is my rest day, in which this HW is peeerfect. I'm also going to go on a light run, as well. HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

    also, got caught up with the rowing/hspu homework.. did only 5x5 of those but will finish the next 5x5 tomorrooooowwww
