Alternate Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes:
8 burpees
6 pistols

Rest 3 minutes:

EMOM for 10 minutes:
5 strict hspu
3 bar muscle ups
5 box jumps (30/24)
*did this yesterday every round took about 30 seconds! Stay moving!!

  2. Great workouts. Scaled the bar muscle ups to chest to bar pullups. Had to drop one rep for each movement about halfway through.
