Workout:
9-7-5
Back squat (315)
Power clean (225)

Let's stop the back squat program and just lift.

Lets go for a heavy clean before this!

  1. Did this today and went heavy for me and it was rough.

    Only got to #225 on the 1 RM for my clean, was a little off as my old PR is #235.

    WOD: 9-7-5
    BS - #245 (After the rd of 9 and 2 reps into rd of 7, I dropped the weight to #225 for BS)
    Clean - #185

    Time was 7:30 or so.

    Kurt used 245#/185# and finished in about 5:50ish or so not sure.

    Tough burner for sure.

    cleans got nasssty real quick
