Not sure if my glutes are quite ready for the glute ham raise so I created something on my own to hit 3 goats (wall balls, double unders, and mental game). I did 30 unbroken wall balls, 100 double unders, and then 30 unbroken wall balls. After that I did the L-sit hold portion of the homework, and then joined the class for the regular wod.

DeleteI should have added that I did the class wod at 93# (a bit under my 5rm) and it took 13 mins.

Did the L-Sits and Glute Ham raises after class. Needed two breaks for the L-sit, so took me a total of 1:10 (2 -5 second breaks)
